Every time a member books a class, they receive an immediate confirmation and an automated reminder 1 hour before the session starts.
After each class, attendance is logged automatically. Members who haven't booked in 7+ days are flagged and moved into a re-engagement sequence.
When a payment fails, the system sends a friendly notification with a direct payment link — with follow-ups at day 1, day 3, and day 7 before escalating to staff.
Members showing signs of churn (low attendance, ignored messages) are automatically entered into a win-back campaign with special offers or check-in messages.
