When a visitor lands on the website, they're greeted by the chatbot widget. They can ask questions naturally, just like talking to a support agent.
The chatbot sends the question to OpenAI's GPT-4, which is trained on the business's knowledge base—services, pricing, policies, and FAQs.
Within 3-5 seconds, the customer receives a personalized, accurate answer based on the business's actual information.
For complex questions or complaints, the system automatically flags the conversation and notifies the team via Slack/email with full context.
After providing helpful answers, the chatbot can ask for contact information to schedule consultations or receive follow-up information.
All conversations are logged to a dashboard, allowing the business to see patterns, improve responses, and identify common customer needs.
