The client clicks a booking link, sees real-time availability, and selects a time slot. No emails, no phone calls, no back-and-forth.
The moment the appointment is confirmed, the client receives a branded confirmation email and SMS with all the details — date, time, location or meeting link.
The appointment is automatically added to both the client's and the service provider's calendar. Any reschedule or cancellation updates both sides instantly.
The client receives an automated reminder 24 hours before, then again 1 hour before the appointment — dramatically reducing no-shows without any manual effort.
If a client misses their appointment, the system automatically sends a reschedule prompt within the hour, keeping the conversation open and recovering lost bookings.
After the session, the client receives a follow-up message thanking them, requesting a review, and offering a one-click rebooking link to keep the cycle going.
